Welcome to Nocturnal Creatures. By purchasing a ticket or attending our events, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Event types

Nocturnal Creatures organises dating events, educational dinners, sensual play parties, and other social gatherings for consenting adults.

Eligibility

All attendees must be 18 years of age or older. Play parties and closed events are limited to approved members only.

Membership & vetting

Membership is subject to a vetting process including a short interview. Nocturnal Creatures reserves the right to decline or revoke membership at its sole discretion.

Refund policy

Refunds are available if requested more than one week before the event date. No refunds will be issued within one week of the event.

Ticket transfers

Ticket transfers to another person require at least 48 hours' notice and are subject to approval.

Photography & recording

Photography and recording are strictly prohibited at all play parties and closed events. Violation will result in immediate removal and membership revocation.

Code of conduct

All attendees must respect the boundaries of others at all times. Consent is paramount and non-negotiable. Any behaviour that makes another attendee uncomfortable must cease immediately upon request.

Liability

Nocturnal Creatures takes reasonable steps to ensure the safety of all attendees. However, attendance at all events is at your own risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
